Maurer Rides GmbH

In 1876, Friedrich Maurer founded this company in Munich, Germany. The group currently makes steel bridges, structures for large buildings, and seismic protection systems. They entered the roller coaster business in 1993 and have made about 50 steel coasters of a variety of designs. The company was called Maurer-Söhne GmbH & Co. for many years, but they changed their name to simply MAURER AG in 2014 and Maurer Rides GmbH a few years after that.
