Rainbow Chaser
Rainbow Chaser is only about 20 feet tall.  It is dwarfed by the 605-foot Seattle Space Needle.  Built for the 1962 World's Fair, it has an observation deck at 520 feet and the rotating SkyCity restaurant at 500 feet.
