Steeplechase
Between 2008 and 2011, Zamperla built seven "MotoCoaster" models.   Steeplechase is their last version as of today, but they still offer the model for sale, so more may be on the way.  Two models have horse seats like these, four have motorcycle seats, and one enclosed version has dinosaur seats.
