Kawasemi

Many of the concrete footers that support Kawasemi were the same ones that supported the Mount Rocky Coaster that used to operate here.  I was amazed when I found that Intamin designed the ride to reuse some of the supports.  When the other four "Mega-Lite" coasters were built, they were copies of this coaster.  They didn't need to use any existing supports like Kawasemi did, but it was easier to make copies of this ride than to design a new one from scratch.
