Diavlo

This roller coaster is a very intense ride situated in a fairly small area.  This can be traced to limitations placed on the initial model.  Batman The Ride at Six Flags Great America was the first of this design built, and it was constructed on the former site of Tidal Wave, a Schwarzkopf shuttle loop.  That coaster was rather small and sat on a narrow plot of land, so the new ride had to be engineered to fit in that small location.  The result is many tight turns and lots of track crammed in a small area.
