This small park traces its origins back to when it opened in 2000 as Sam's Fun City. The park was named after Samantha, the daughter of the park's owners, Richard and Terry Sanfilippo. It started as just an indoor arcade, but go-kart tracks and a few small rides were built a few years later. The park's name changed to Splash City Adventures in 2022 to reflect the park's focus on its water slides, pools, and lazy river. Its largest thrill ride, the Emerald Coaster, which is detailed below, was removed from the park in 2021.
