Superman the Ride

Originally, the two trains each had 36 seats.   In 2009, the back row of seats in Car 5, seen in the lower corner of this picture, was removed to make room for the electronics and batteries for the on-board audio system.  If it were up to me, I would rather have more seats and a shorter wait-time for the ride instead of the two minutes of music clips that are mostly drowned out by wind noise and screaming riders.  And, unless you are fortunate enough to be seated in the very front row, the enlarged headrests and speakers block your views more than the old seating configuration.
