Sky Rider
Each seat on Sky Rider has a lap bar. A seat belt is also installed on each seat. The elevator lift looks somewhat complicated, but the ride itself is fairly simple and low-tech. While in the station, there is no method to stop the cars from rotating, so these handles are installed on the back of each seat. The lap bars are not automatically locked or unlocked, so a ride operator must reach up to the top of the vehicle and move a lever to control the restraints. There are no electrical motors to move cars through the station, so ride operators use the handles on the seats to push or pull the cars in the station.
