Space Mountain
I did not get the chance to ride much of the coaster with the lights on, but I would have loved to have had that chance.  I have always wondered how exciting the ride would be if I could see the track.  Part of the ride's excitement comes from the surprise turns and drops that happen.  If I could see the track and upcoming turns and twists, I feel that ride probably would not be nearly as fun.
