Powder Keg: A Blast in the Wilderness
Compressed air is used to launch trains from a dead stop up to 53 miles per hour in just 2.8 seconds. In case the train lacks speed to crest the first hill and rolls back toward the launching area, this track is placed behind the launch zone. Brakes at the bottom would prevent the train from going too far up this section, but it is there as a precaution. The busted track at the top is purely for decoration.
