Hypersonic XLC

I thought that air-launched coasters and coasters with pneumatic tires were great and these features would been seen on many coasters in the future.  I was wrong.

The coaster was listed for sale in late 2006.  It was taken down after the 2007 season.  The coaster sat in pieces for several years on the perimeter of the park, but a buyer was never found.  The parts of the track and supports were taken away from the park in the middle of 2010, but the station remains standing, but not used, almost 15 years after the coaster closed.

The asphalt shows large and small dark squares where Hypersonic's footers were installed.
