Avalanche
Heinrich Mack & Company built a portable wooden Bobsled coaster in the 1950s. Their prototype steel Bobsled, Schweizer Bobbahn in Germany's Europa Park, opened in 1985. And just three months after King Dominion's Avalanche opened in 1988, Mack's third Bobsled opened in England's Blackpool Pleasure Beach. It was also called Avalanche. Rounding out the six Mack Bobsleds are Munich Autobahn in Japan's Kobe Portopialand, Schweizer Bobbahn in Germany's Heide Park, and La Trace Du Hourra in France's Parc Astérix. The only one of the six that is not in operation is the one in Japan which was torn down after the Kobe Portopialand park closed permanently in 2006.
