RC-48

This weird little ride was under construction in 2000 when I was at the Pier.  It was a "Model RC-48" designed by Pinfari.  I believe the name is a reference to its length in meters. 

If you look carefully, you will see that this is not a complete circuit.  That is why this coaster was closed!

RC-48 ran here from 2000 until 2004.  This was the only RC-48 ever built.
