Dragon Challenge

When this ride dispatched the trains simultaneously and the trains were timed to meet here in the vertical loops, this spot was such a thrill!  Before entering these loops, both trains ran along a long stretch of straight track.  If you sat in the front seat, you got to watch the other train approaching you at about one hundred miles an hour!  At the last possible second, both trains pulled up into these vertical loops.  It was an amazing rush!

I was sad when the decision was made in 2011 to no longer send both trains on the course at the same time.  The interaction of the two trains was one of the elements that made this such an exciting roller coaster.
