Batman & Robin: The Chiller

Premier Rides built Chiller in 1997, but it only worked for a couple of days that season.  It re-opened in 1998 but struggled with achieving any measure of reliability.  The Batman side of the coaster was closed for most of the 2004 season, all of 2005, and all of 2007. After nearly a decade of troubled operation, Batman and Robin was demolished in 2007.

It wasn't just the track that was modified in this coaster's short history.  In late 2000, one train had its restraints changed from the 'over-the-shoulder' type to just plain lap bars.  The other train received the same treatment in 2002.
