One of the biggest challenges in rebuilding this coaster is that the people of Dreamland wanted it to be like the old version, but they had to comply with modern construction rules and amusement park ride regulations. While the new ride will retain the on-board brakeman, it will also have a modern automated blocking system. The computerized block brakes will prevent one train from running into another train, even if the brakeman takes no action.
