Situated just two kilometers from the northern shores of Denmark, Fårup Sommerland occupies 110 hectares of the
North Jutland countryside. In 1975, the Kragelund family got out of the wholesale business and opened an amusement park. The park has only developed about a quarter land it owns, so there is room to for the park expand in the future
without causing problems for nearby landowners.
