Trombi
The lights atop the Näsinneula tower are used to show the weather forecast.  Three yellow bars means clear weather, two yellow and one green are used for a cloudy day, and one yellow and two green indicate a chance of rain.  To my chagrin, when I visited here, the beacon was lit up with three green bars signifying a forecast of rain.
