Desperado

When it opened in 1994, Desperado featured the tallest drop in the world, but its 225-foot plummet has been surpassed many times since then.  The drop isn't even in the world's Top 10 Roller Coaster Drops today.   As of 2017, it is the 9th longest drop in North America.
