Twisted Colossus
On September 8, 2014, while the old Colossus was being partially dismantled, a section of the supports at the top of the lift hill caught fire.  Fortunately, the fire was contained, and no one was injured.  It didn't even seem to slow down the construction too much, because the ride was rapidly changed over to the new steel design.
