Twisted Colossus
This roller coaster began as a wood coaster, but was heavily modified when it was converted into a steel coaster in 2015. For example, its original
first drop descended at about a 40° angle, a somewhat leisurely descent. After the modifications, trains still drop 115 feet,
but the initial plunge is now at a dramatic 80° angle. From
some angles, it almost looks as if the green and blue rails go straight down the first hill.
