Superman The Escape
The tower may be over 400 feet tall, but the trains don't go nearly that high.  From the bottom of the track to the top of the tower is only 310 feet.  And to make it worse, they currently launch at speeds that don't allow the trains to get anywhere near the top of the structure.  I would say that a typical freefall is about 200 to 250 feet.  But don't worry, that is still a fun ride!
