New Revolution
When this roller coaster opened in May 1976, it was called the Great American Revolution.  Shortly after Six Flags purchased the park and changed it from Magic Mountain to Six Flags Magic Mountain, this coaster's name was changed to La Revolución in 1981.   The ride was called Revolution from 1988 to 2015, but it was changed to the New Revolution in 2016, despite the fact that the ride was over 40 years old at the time.
