Cyclone
The man in back is operating the hand-actuated brakes.  Another uncommon feature on this ride is the train's single-position lap bar.  Thanks to those features as well as the lack of headrests and seat dividers, Cyclone has been awarded the title of an ACE Coaster Classic from the American Coaster Enthusiasts.  

Cars like these with four rows of seats are very unusual.
