Son of Beast

Son of Beast was the first modern wooden coaster to have a loop.  As of 2008, it was still the only wooden roller coaster to have a loop.  Surprisingly, the loop was the smoothest part of the ride due to its steel structure.

In late 2006, the loop was removed from Son of Beast.  This will allow lighter trains to run on the track.  I hope that this improves the ride!
