Fahrenheit

A lap-bar and over-the-shoulder restraints are combined on this coaster.  Both rotate around a pivot located above and behind riders' shoulders.  A seatbelt joins the restraint to the seat.  Depending on who you believe, this belt either acts as a fail-safe mechanism, or as a measuring device to determine if the harness is adequately lowered into position.
