Bolliger and Mabillard built 12 versions of this ride: Seven different ones are called Batman The Ride are operate at Six Flags Great America, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Six Flags Great Adventure, Six Flags St. Louis, Six Flags Over Georgia, Six Flags Over Texas, and Six Flags New Orleans. There is also Batman la Fuga at Parque Warner Madrid in Spain. The New Orleans version started as Gambit at Thrill Valley in Japan, but is now Goliath at Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Additionally, there is Diavlo at Himeju Central Park in Japan, Great White at SeaWorld San Antionio, Lightning at Entertainment City in Kuwait, and Vampire at La Ronde.

The versions at La Ronde, Six Flags St. Louis, and Six Flags Fiesta Texas are mirror images of the others with the first drop turning to the right.
